It was announced yesterday that 64-year-old legend Jessica Lange is the new face of Marc Jacobs Beauty. The preview pic, by renowned fashion photographer David Sims, is notable for not airbrushing her into a pencil doodle. (That old Joan Crawford trick of using those noir-ish slashes of light, does the job just fine.) Notes Today.com: “Older models are (thankfully) gaining traction these days: Diane Keaton, 68, fronted Chico’s and L’Oreal, Lauren Hutton, 70, poses for Lucky Brand, and even American Apparel is featuring a 62-year-old face.” So there’s hope for my budding modeling career yet!

Hello my dears. Holestar here, back again as Mistress of Ceremonies for the official English screening of RuPaul’s Drag Race in good old London town.

For season six, the screening has moved from cool east London to sleazy Soho at Madame Jojo’s. I played drag and trans pop as the drag addicts streamed in and performed a little number before introducing the main show and Untucked. One member of our gorgeous  congregation said watching it en masse was like football for gays. An analogy I concur with.

When Ryan Serhant‘s listing was featured in Wolf of Wall Street, the interest in the unit sky-rocketed! 

The Million Dollar Listing star, was able to up the price of his 2,500-square-foot 32nd floor condo with floor-to-ceiling windows listing  from $6.3 million to $6.5 million. “If I’d know this would happen, I’d try to get all my listings into a movie. “Game of Thrones is the greatest thing I’ve ever been a part of. Drogo didn’t have to say much, which is harder than you’d think, and the truth of it is I’m not even the king of my own house. My wife says to do the dishes and I’m like, “Yes, baby. I can clean up.” To walk around like a king is a stretch. And I enjoy when women enjoy the sex, you know? I’m not into making them cry.”

Wowlebrity Sham Ibrahim does fabulous portraits of Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber! 

WOW loves Sham Ibrahim and I may love him just a little bit more after seeing this AMAZING portrait of Miley Cyrus!! I would die if that was hanging up in my bedroom. Sham will be at LA fashion week (at LA Live) on March 9th through the 13th as part of Art Hearts Fashion, presented by the AIDS healthcare foundation! If you’re in the LA area, you must check it out! You won’t regret it. There Sham will be debuting several new works, including his latest portraits of Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber!

Sham says:

“I drew Miley Cyrus twerking on Mickey Mouse because it represents the demise of her old Disney image, and that image transformation in my opinion is why she became so relevant. As far as Justin Bieber is concerned, I can’t really name one song he sings but I do know that we all became hyper aware of him as soon as he started behaving badly. So, once he got arrested and charged with a D.U.I. I knew I just had to do his portrait.”

On this Season’s designer to watch Sham says:

“The fashion show I’m looking forward to most is Erik Rosete’s, Mister Triple X Clothing line which will be headlining Art Hearts Fashion on March 11th and attracts many celebrities. This season his event and fashion line just headlined and closed Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC and is sure to bring in a great crowd. Bobby Brown, Tara Reid and some very special celebrity guests will be walking at his event. I plan on giving Bobby portrait of himself because I’ve always been a fan and last season he was so nice about accepting Whitney’s portrait…and he didn’t beat me up wehn I flirted with him”
